The Company, all information available on the Site, all products and services provided by the Company through the Site (hereinafter referred to as the Services).
General provisions

2. Rights, duties and responsibilities of the parties

- It violates other rights and interests of natural and legal persons or legal requirements.
- To publish any other information which, in the opinion of the Company, is undesirable, does not meet the objectives of the creation of the Site, is detrimental to the interests of the Users or is otherwise undesirable to publish on the Site.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell and resell the Services for any purpose, unless such actions have been expressly authorised by the User under a separate agreement with the Company.
The User is personally responsible for any information that he/she submits to the Company for publication on the Site, communicates to the Company and/or to other Users.
Company rights:
In the event of receiving information from the User for placement on the Site, which is contrary to the terms of the Rules, or with respect to which it is difficult to determine compliance with the Rules and/or applicable law, the Company has the right, without prior notice, at its discretion, to refuse to place such User information.

3. Intellectual property rights
